“Home Education report from around the world is rapidly changing….”
According to GHEX – (Global Home Education eXchange) is that the right to “Home Education is being challenged all over the world.”

Summer 2024 in Manchester had the world conference visit the UK. HEN attended this conference and have given us this newly released information. Participating countries from around the world have advised that considerable change is facing Home Education families across the world. We were told that this is happening at an unprecedented rate and to take note and keep up to date within your own country of the changes happening at this time.
The following has been reported:
France 2024: Home Education can only be allowed by law if:
a) gifted child b) disabled child c) 50 kms from nearest school
Most people in France who apply are refused or in a family, 1 sibling can home school while the remaining children cannot.
Finland 2024:
It has been become “illegal” to identify as a Christian home educator. Must have multiple gender identities taught to children. There was an example of a Finnish Family who were “Home Education Refugees” who left Finland and moved to Manchester UK. It was claimed that they knew families whose children were taken off them and put into the foster care system. The reason cited was to receive a “school curriculum”.
Wales 2024:
The PHN – Public Health Nurse is part of the home education requirement in Wales and does welfare checks on children.
